We are a bit unhappy that our comments have not been answered and now past onto another Company to deal with. So far we have had no contact from them.
As they have another Destinations show in London shortly maybe we have to wait until that is over.
Just thought that someone would have been in contact from the 2nd company sooner. We will see where we go next.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was anticipating a lot of problems when trying to cancel my subscription of my digital international subscription of The Times. Yesterday I sent my cancellation via E-Mail to the customer service and I have got an answer that my cancellation has been accepted. I am very surprised and pleased.

I am astounded that I cannot simply cancel my subscription to your newspaper on the website. I signed up for your promotional offer a few months ago.
I have barely used it and now I want to cancel. I've spent my morning attempting to do that. The only option is to call a London number and sit on hold listening to torture music.
I just now received a call back and apparently have succeeded in canceling my subscription.
A supposedly venerable institution such as yours really should not be in the business of making hostages of their subscribers. Whoever came up with this subscription SCAM should be flogged like the pirate he or she is.

Verified ReviewerTrying to cancel international subscription is more complex than brain surgery.
I emailed Times "care" people to cancel my international subscription. No reply.
I told my bank to refuse future credit payments.
And what has Google got to do with things? My original subscription was with the Times directly, not with a third party entity.
User's recommendation: Go with The Guardian.
Please cancel all subscriptions under my name asap. Thank you and happy holidays!
